All radio equipment will be shipped via USPS priority Mail. Other items, depending on size will be shipped via priority mail, media mail or first class.
Occasionally a customer will order a product that is not what he/she wanted or expected. Simply contact us at 1-937-299-7226 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays) within 30 days of shipping date and we will credit you for further purchases. Returned items must be received in new condition and in the original carton or be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
