The Uniden AD580U is an adaptor that converts AC to DC to power certain
models of Uniden scanners.  Input is 120V AC 60 Hz at 18W.  Output is
13.8V DC at 700 mA.  The supply is UL certified and is considered a class
two power supply.
The BC760, BC780, BC785D, BC796D as well as the BC895XLT are some of the
models of scanners that use this supply.
