The Uniden AD 600U is a class two power supply.  Input is 120VAC 60 Hz 14W
Output is 12VDC at 500 mA.
This adaptor is used on the Uniden BC250D & BC296D scanners.  It will provide
the power necessary to re-charge the batteries or you can also use it to
power the scanner from an AC source.
