If you send your scanner to us prior to February 10th we will program it as long as it is here by February 5th.   HOWEVER you can still send the scanner to us any time and it will be held for us but you will not receive it back until after March 16th. 

 

Any scanners we receive while the office is closed will be programmed on a first come first served basis according to the post mark.

 

If you have any questions at all, be sure to call prior to February 10th on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 11AM and 4 PM eastern time at 937-299-7226.

 

You should make sure that you have a tracking number for your scanner to make sure that it arrived at our post office (the people who will be holding the scanners).

 

If you decide to send the scanner after February 10th, be sure to print out and include our check sheet.
