Occasionally a customer will order a product that is not what he/she wanted or expected. Simply contact us at 1-937-299-7226 within 30 days of shipping date and we will issue you a RMA number. Returned items must be received in new condition and in the original carton. If not they will not be accepted for return. A restocking fee of 15%. will be accessed to all returns. Refund will apply to the hardware only. Items such as programming or shipping will not be refunded. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Should you receive a damaged shipping carton, ask the delivery driver to wait while you inspect the contents. If there is damage, refuse the package and immediately call us at 1-937-299-7226.

DO NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
