Occasionally a customer will order a product that is not what he/she wanted or expected. Simply contact us at 1-800-423-1331 within 30 days of shipping date and we will credit you for further purchases. Returned items must be received in new condition and in the original carton or be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST HAVE A WRITTEN RETURN AUTHORIZTION NUMBER
Should you receive a damaged shipping carton, ask the UPS driver to wait while you inspect the contents. If there is damage, refuse the package and immediately call us at 1-800-423-1331.
